- description of work: Creation of a software capable to process the images captured from a two cameras rig (on a robot) and to extract information about the environment, so to let the robot compute an estimation of its movement. This software uses libraries for linear algebra, robot kinematics, and environment mapping. These libraries will be used for the minimization of projection errors, so to have a better estimation of the current robot pose. The final version of the software will be a ROS node (written in C++), so it will be easily integrated in robots.
